The Austrian Cultural Forum Belgrade invites artists from Serbia and Austria (and those who live in Austria or Serbia) to enter the call for the curated online platform “At Second Glance // Auf den zweiten Blick // Na drugi pogled”.
The works should shed light on the way we look at “the other”, in particular on the prejudices Austrians and Serbians have about each other, in spite (or because?) of their close historical relations and intertwined migration histories.
The 20 works selected by an experienced curatorial board will be shown on the platform beginning with March 2021.

Auf den zweiten Blick // At Second Glance // Na drugi pogled
Das Österreichische Kulturforum Belgrad lädt anlässlich seines 20-jährigen Jubiläums Künstler/innen aus Österreich und Serbien (sowie jene, die in Österreich oder Serbien aktiv sind) ein, Arbeiten für die kuratierte Online-Plattform “At Second Glance // Auf den zweiten Blick // Na drugi pogled” einzureichen.
Die Arbeiten sollen den Blick auf das “Andere” aus unterschiedlichen Perspektiven beleuchten, insbesondere die Clichés, die zwischen Österreich und Serbien bzw. Südosteuropa bestehen und damit dem Publikum einen “zweiten Blick” eröffnen.
Die 20 von einem hochkarätigen Kurator/innenteam ausgewählten Werke werden ab März 2021 auf der Plattform zu sehen sein.

Na drugi pogled // At Second Glance // Auf den zweiten Blick
Austrijski kulturni forum Beograd povodom 20 godina rada poziva umetnike iz Austrije i Srbije (kao i one koji su aktivni u Srbiji i Austriji), da pošalju svoje radove koji će biti prikazani na kustosiranoj online platformi “At Second Glance // Auf den zweiten Blick // Na drugi pogled”.
Radovi bi trebalo da skrenu pogled na “drugo” iz različitih perspektiva, posebno što se tiče klišea koji postoje između Austrije i Srbije, odnosno Jugoistčne Evrope i time publici približe “drugi pogled”.
Stručni kustoski timovi će odabrati 20 dela koja će od marta 2021. godine biti prikazana na platformi.
