Dansen in’t Park’ is a unique open-air festival in Ghent – where dance is brought closer to the people.

For the 16th edition of DIHP, from August 19 -21, we are looking for diverse dance performances, interventions and dance related (visual) art and installations. All styles of dance are welcome. The more diverse the better.
The unique open-air festival for all ages, is hosted in a park during the summer so you have the possibility to be imaginative with your performances or installation in any of the following settings: in a park, with/without a dance floor, in tent, with a 360 degree audience and so much more. Check out some of the pictures we have on our website for more ideas.
How to apply: Applications should contain the following: application form, a letter of motivation, concept and footage of the piece (preferably the full act), a press picture, promo text and a list of credits. Pictures should be sent via google drive and videos must be sent via YouTube or Vimeo links.
