Creative Lenses is a four-year project (2015-2019) that seeks to make arts and cultural organisations more resilient and sustainable by improving their business models and developing their long-term strategic and innovation capacities. Creative Lenses started as a quest for ‘business models’ to ‘rescue’ struggling arts and cultural organisations, the emerged concept is reflected in the title of the project’s conceptual toolkit – ‘Models to Manifestos’. This book is an outcome of four-year Creative Lenses project and offers insights into the conversations, debates and views that emerged from the project.
