What if everything goes wrong… and yet you still get what you want?
Mosquito Dance is a satirical film about filmmaking — a crew trying to make a horror film as things slowly fall apart: egos clash, tensions rise, and reality starts blending into performance.
We are building an ensemble cast to portray the specific dynamics of a film set. The chemistry between performers is central to this project, and we will actively shape the ensemble together through the casting and rehearsal process.
That’s why we are looking for actors, comedians, and performers aged 18–40, across all experience levels, backgrounds, and identities. Whether professionally trained, emerging, or simply curious, we would love to hear from you.
Language
Some roles require native-level English. For most roles, fluency and all accents are welcome.
Casting Process
Selected applicants will be invited to chemistry readings and ensemble workshops. After casting, we will also shoot a short collaborative test project as a team-building exercise to explore group dynamics and working relationships.
